  • Masticating means to grind or yo chew or to knead into a pulp. The stone mill like gear, tears open the fruits and vegetables, chews the plant fibres and penetrates the membranes to effectively extract vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other phytonutrients.
  • Spins at a very high speed (3,000 to 7,000 rpm) to separate juice from the produce instead of penetrating the produce deeply enough to extract the nutrients from the fruits and vegetables. High spin traps air and results in OXIDIZED juice, thus destroying the enzymes.
